Total Loss Valuations (Commercial and Specialty)

Accuracy is no Accident

You can be surprised how accidents happen.

Don’t be surprised by your Total Loss valuation.

Valu-Verification™

All options, equipment, upgrades, refurbishments are verified on both the Loss vehicle and those used in comparisons. Photos and other documentation are reviewed and if needed, calls are made to the insured, dealer, manufacturer, adjuster, etc.

Comparing more than just Year, Make, and Model

Recent ads on Truckpaper showed a range of $28,000 to $84,000 for a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia 125. Our Valu-Rite® process goes well beyond just comparing vehicles of the same year, make, and model.

Equipment, options, refurbishments, and customizations can effect the value by thousands of dollars, which we take into consideration when selecting our comparison vehicles. When needed, any adjustments are shown with specific dollar amounts on a line-by-line basis on our Valu-Rite® Report.

In addition to our proprietary historical database, we utilize reputable industry recognized resources and guides such as Truckpaper, Commercial Truck Trader, Truck Blue Book, NADA, RV Trader, Auto Trader, Machinery Trader, Equipment Watch, and Iron Solutions.

Experience and Expertise

Among our valuation staff are veterans in the valuation, trucking, and automotive industries including a number of Certified Appraisers, Marine Surveyors, and Agricultural & Heavy Equipment Appraisers. Each Valuator goes through a comprehensive training program in order to become DCI Certified and every valuation goes through a Final Review step before being sent to the Client.

DCI Solution is proud to be a member of the NADA Guide Advisory board and also an A.M. Best Expert Service Provider (4 years in a row).
